Your Plan, Your Way
Good Guy Rx offers flexible subscription plans so you can choose what works best for you, including monthly, 3-month (quarterly), 6-month, and 12-month (annual) options. All plans auto-renew at the end of each cycle, so you'll never miss a shipment. You can manage everything directly from your patient portal.
Understanding Your Billing Cycle

Longer plans offer the best per-month pricing. The 12-month plan gives you the most value with one annual payment covering four quarterly shipments throughout the year. All plans automatically renew at the end of each cycle unless you cancel or turn off auto-renew before your next billing date.
How to Switch Plans
Switching plans is easy, but requires starting a new order. Here's how:

Cancel your current plan (see steps below)
Complete a new intake and select your preferred plan at checkout
If Your Current Cycle Has Already Been Processed or Shipped: Changes apply to your next billing cycle. Manage your plan through the patient portal before your next billing date to make the switch.
The simplest path for any switch: Cancel your current plan, then place a new order for the plan you want through the portal.
How to Cancel or Turn Off Auto-Renew
Step 1: Log in at my.goodguyrx.com Step 2: Click "Treatments" (left sidebar on desktop, bottom menu on mobile) Step 3: Under "Active," select your treatment Step 4: Select "Plan" from the middle menu (or "Manage" if Plan isn't available) Step 5: Choose your option:
Turn off auto-renew. Stops future billing. You'll keep access until your current plan period ends.
Cancel membership. Ends your subscription completely.
When you cancel, no future shipments or charges will occur. You will not be billed for months you haven't received.
How to Pause Instead of Cancel
Not sure if you want to fully cancel? You can pause instead.
Select "Take a break" or "Manage" and a Pause Treatment box will appear. Enter a reason, choose a restart date or check "Pause treatment indefinitely," then click Confirm. Pick back up whenever you're ready.
Good to Know
Don't see anything under "Active"? You don't have an active subscription and won't be billed.
All plans auto-renew, so make sure to cancel or turn off auto-renew before your next billing date if you'd like to stop future charges.
Refunds are not available for medications that have already been shipped or dispensed per federal pharmacy regulations.
