Portal Overview

Your patient portal at my.goodguyrx.com is your central hub for managing everything related to your Good Guy Rx treatment.


Message Your Provider

Where: Look for a messages, inbox, or provider communication section

What you can do:

  • Ask medical questions about your treatment

  • Report side effects

  • Share progress updates

  • Get guidance on your treatment

Response time: Providers typically respond within 1-2 business days.


View Your Treatment Plan

Where: Treatment, prescription, or care plan section

What you can see:

  • Your current medication and dosage

  • Dosing instructions and schedule

  • Treatment start date

  • Provider notes or recommendations


Manage Your Subscription

Where: Subscription, billing, or account settings

What you can do:

  • View your current plan (monthly, 3-month, etc.)

  • See your next billing date

  • Pause your subscription

  • Cancel your subscription

  • Change your plan (if options are available)


Update Payment Information

Where: Billing & Shipping or Payment Methods section

What you can do:

  • Add a new credit/debit card

  • Update an existing card

  • Change your default payment method

  • View billing history


Update Shipping Address

Where: Billing & Shipping or Shipping Address section

What you can do:

  • Update your delivery address

  • Add delivery instructions (if available)

Important: Update your address BEFORE your next shipment. Once a shipment is in transit, the address cannot be changed.


Track Your Shipments

Where: Orders, Shipments, or Tracking section

What you can see:

  • Current order status

  • Tracking numbers and links

  • Estimated delivery dates

  • Past shipment history


View Billing History

Where: Billing or Payment History section

What you can see:

  • Past charges and dates

  • Payment methods used

Access Medical Records

  • Provider notes

  • Prescription history
