How to Log In
Go to my.goodguyrx.com
Enter your email address. Use the same email you provided during your intake
Enter your password. Created when you set up your account
Click "Log In"
First-Time Login
If you haven't logged in before:
You may need to create a password using the link sent to your email after enrollment
Check your email (and spam folder) for account setup instructions
If you don't have an account setup email, use the "Forgot Password" option to create one
Trouble Logging In?
"Email not found" error:
Double-check the email address for typos
Use the exact email you provided during your intake
If you used a different email, try that one
"Incorrect password" error:
Check for typos (passwords are case-sensitive)
Use the "Forgot Password" option to reset
Account locked:
After multiple failed login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked
Wait 15-30 minutes and try again, or reset your password
