How to Log In to Your Patient Portal

Your Patient Portal is where you manage everything related to your GoodGuyRx account. Treatments, shipments, billing, and messaging your provider.

Steps to Log In

Step 1: Open your browser and go to my.goodguyrx.com

Step 2: You will see the GoodGuyRx logo and a field that says "Enter your email for Good Guy Rx to continue."

Step 3: Type your email address into the Email field. This must be the same email you used when you created your account.

Step 4: Click the "Continue" button.

Step 5: On the next screen, enter your password and submit.


Having Trouble Logging In?

If you cannot log in, try the following:

1. Make sure you are using the correct email address (the one you signed up with).

2. Clear your browser cache and cookies, or try using an incognito/private browsing window.

3. Try a different web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge).
